a carnival in Petersburg the phenomenon new, its history has begun in 2001, and celebratory fancy-dress motor-parade has been organized for the first time in 2006. The carnival already became an integral part of celebratory culture of our city, amazing with the scope. I hope, as the motor-carnival also becomes good tradition among bikers, will find originality and will expand the borders. And to appear on it without fancy dresses begins absolutely senselessly.
