Venue – a skiing lodge shooting range on a mill of Shtoll. It is the arena created by the nature the area of 2500 sq. m. in a picturesque place on the bank of the lake Omchino, surrounded with pines, in a half an hour of walking from city center. Organizers of festival, having visited on N th quantity of similar actions, have decided that it is time to bikers and over Luga to lift a rock'n'roll banner.
«Shtoll» reflected as break of local holidays on qualitative other step. Thanks to contacts to bikes-clubs and with information support of Radio ROKS arrival of a considerable quantity of visitors from St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region, Moscow, Novgorod, Pskov and even Estonia was expected. And expectations were defensible, on a holiday there was not one hundred person. Serious Petersburg groups DIFFERENT PEOPLE and PUSHKING, traditionally acting on big the bike-festah, the Luga group SMERSH, young group of Pskov the CAPTION are invited. For the first time the festival gets the status international since two more Russian-speaking teams from Narva – the AVENUE are invited and Absolut-2 which have arrived to support Estonian bikers. The sound has been provided by professional equipment capacity of 30 kw. The lay of land promoted excellent sounding, the big and high scene was perfectly visible to all spectators, as in the forefront and "on a gallery". The asphalted platform was ideally suited for байкерских competitions. And the cheerful and importunate leader allowed to public to miss, and the female striptease pleased an eye.

The bike-fest is always a lot of beer. In festival territory with support of brewing company "Baltic" trade in beer on draft, and also shish kebabs and other snack has been organized. For all visitors of visitors of festival balls the secured parking and a camp is equipped.
On June, 17th is a heat of summer, and "Shtoll" passed on the bank of lake so all interested persons who have not forgotten bathing suits, could bathe. And liberated bathed stark naked. Undoubtedly Luga festival has presented a lot of positive emotions to all its visitors!
