The festival is a subsidiary project of cult festival JAMFEST, dealing with promotions of young rock bands. MOTO-JAM is intended to unite the various motorcycle clubs bikers into a single audience, which will help young musicians in their further progress. Biker on MOTO-JAM will be provided free admission and voting ballots for the best band of the festival. Group-finalists will have the opportunity to perform at the big summer bike rallies and open-eyrah organized motorcycle clubs involved in the project.
